bi-monthly check-in, Steve

Hello strangers. Been a good boy this past few weeks. Used to eating well and don't really crave more than I let myself eat. Habits are a good thing to cultivate that way. Splurged a few times with the company we had over Memorial Day. Had birthday cake extra one day with Blue Bell, just a small portion though and it was plenty, then had a sliver in the morning of the cake with my usual coffee, but not too bad abuse for a whole weekend. Don't have a scale at hand but my belly is much flatter than it was and I work out every day now on the bike for 15 minutes at fullspeed, accompanied by upper body light weights work out and intensive stretching. It says I burn about 200 calories on the bike's meter just pedaling, the other must be more than that as it takes a lot longer and is more exhausting. I'm averaging 1200-1300 cal. per day still intake. Emphasis still on proteins, but eating balanced diet. Hope everyone else is doing well.
