Day 58 - Paula - Laziness

It has been about two weeks since I have posted. We all make excuses - we are busy and don't have time, I did not like how I was feeling, blah, blah, blah - they are just excuses.
In reality it is just laziness. So the time has come to stop making excuses and get on with it.
Brooke - thanks for the text.
Lee - thanks for the call - I needed it.
So we begin again.

I have eaten really badly these past two weeks - to mention just a couple of things - a tray of brownies, migas with queso, fajitas, tortillas, sausage, mac & cheese, chocolate milk, chick-fil-a, caramel machiatos, hot dog, burger, taco bell, sweet tea, cookies, chili cheese fritos...and the list goes on and on.

My originally planned cheat day is this Saturday - I will keep that day and then decide if I need to go to a cheat meal once per week or maintain the cheat day.

Not even trying to play like I have changed.

  2. I think you didn't post on the site because you ate badly and felt guilty. It is very important to post even the bad days, to keep yourself honest and to get back on track quickly. I have personally found that cheat days do not work, they just show you what you have been missing and make you want it more. When I just don't cheat it is out of site out of mind. Just a thought :) love you Paula, glad you are back!
