Breakfast - frosted mini wheats 200
Lunch - Chuys chicken tacos 400, Chips & Jalepeno Ranch 300, Side Salad with ranch 100
Dinner - Mc Donald's Cheeseburger 300, Parfait 160
Played sand volleyball for 1 hour and burned 300 calories
TOTAL = 1460, but thinking my volleyball took that 160 back off to put me at 1300! AND I was so hungry last night and didn't eat anymore, just drank water.
