Day 24 - Lee

No breakfast, got caught up as usual

Lunch - Tan Tan, the greatest place ever.  Beef Scallions, walnut shrimp, and sqiud.  Roughly 1100 calories just gathering since it as a bit of each with some rice.

Dinner-  750 calories of subway oven roasted chicken - (1850 Total Calories)

I did pretty well though the W on my keyboard is angering me right now.

  1. Don't be afraid to spread out the meals man - it keeps you filled up all day - not that I did that today:)
