It's not easy remembering what day it is, day 44 I think today :)
Breakfast - frosted mini wheats 200
Lunch - Jason's Deli Salad bar - salad and small amount of pudding 500
Dinner - 10 Mc Donald's Chicken Nuggets & parfait (shared with Austin) 600
TOTAL = 1300
Eating less sucks for about 2 weeks, but it sure is easy now. My stomach hurts so bad when I eat too much like I did last night. Yea for a shrunken stomach!

I have one of those little composition books that I write the date and the day that we are on down - helps me a lot.
