Breakfast - 260 calories of oatmeal with milk, I really didn't taste the difference so i'll make it with boiling water next time
Lunch - Shrimp Diablo, 540 calories guestimated. I ate very little of the linguini and the sauce is tomato based with 7 medium shrimp. I might be over guessing, but I think I've been underguessing lately and I'm going to try and either bed dead on or over. (800 Total Calories)
Dinner - Going to Pappadeaux's for the first day back to work celebration. I'll be having shrimp and gumbo
