Breakfast - none, wasn't hungry
Lunch - Olive Garden Salad 250, 1 breadstick 150, parmesean crusted tilapia 200, veggies 20
I order the parmesean Crusted tilapia with extra veggies instead of pasta and the butter sauce on the side instead of all over the veggies and fish. This way I can only use a teenie bit of it and save myself about 400 calories without butter and pasta! It is very good and filling too :)
Dinner - 1/2 rice krispy treat - 40, Gringo's Guac & chips 340, Shrimp Salad 300
TOTAL = 1300
Let's hope I lose at least one more lb tomorrow....I really need to step it up and not cheat this week so that I can lose 2-3 lbs next week :)
