Starting the Day off decent. Unfortunately only got about 4.5 hours of sleep last night. BUT I went to swim first thing this morning. I prayed God would help me push myself hard and really work it.
5 minute warm-up. then I said You WILL swim 5 there and back laps non stop. And I did mostly, GOSH it was hard. Then I said to myself: you WILL Kickboard it3 there and back laps. And I did. AND boy were my legs screaming at the end. Then on the verge of throwing up, I told myslef I would swim until it got to 35 minutes, (probably like 8 minutes total) with the bouy working on my arm technique. The last m8inute I was ready to quit. I stopped, then I was like NO!! STOP WUSSING OUT, DO IT!! So I finished the last minute with some breastroke really concentrating on my arms.
Feeling good!! Now it's of to domestic engineering....ie: laundry, house cleaning, food prepping etc. Yes you can say it, I'm spoiled. Either way. Today was great. Looking forward to a ton of weights and/or toning tomorrow. Today I will venture 2000 calories with plenty of veggies and protein.
