Day 29 - Amber
Got some weight lifting and toning done for my legs and core today. Also, ate my new goal of about 1800 or so (give or take depending on the day and the workout) Got plenty of protein I think, about 4 veggies, 2 fruits, plenty of water. Today was a good day - I really need to work on packing snacks though, I went hungry for a while during a meeting and realized I haven't been prepping. Otherwise, here's to a good day. :-)
