Had a swim today...probably about 25 minutes and a 5 minute warm up. I got sick a couple days ago...pools and runny noses don't seem to work too well together. AND I am still SOOO SOOO sore from that Body Pump class....I'm actually a little sad about being so sore and sick. Tomorrow I will rest...much to my dismay, but Caleb is helping me choose rest when I need it, we will be getting up early and going to Waco and being sick I need the sleep.
So technically I'm done this week with 2 cardio workouts in the pool, and 1 weights class. not what I hoped for, but I'm giving myself (again much to my dismay) the grace to recoop this week.
