Okay so I suck at committment and I rock at procrastination.
Cheat day sucked. My stomach has shrunk so much that I could not even eat a quarter of what I wanted. Next time I will plan better.
So calories have been good today - working from 8-9 - so I had to plan a little in advance.
Granola bar, chex, 1 cookie, cantaloupe, celery with laughing cow, banana chips, rice cakes, soup, yogurt...
Basically a lot of food and not a lot of calories.
From this point on if I do not post just start blowing up my phone and email.
Changing - sometimes.

ReplyDeleteOh wait I get it - the exercise videos - no I have been at work until 9pm all week - and I don't get home till 10 - week after next I go back to the regular schedule - then it begins hehehe
