Because of my bad meal this week I have been struggling to get back down to 178, and I did today! Finally...I am hoping to lose another lb today .. wish me luck!
Breakfast - none, I slept in :)
Lunch - Gringos shrimp & Avocado salad with less than a tsp of BBQ ranch. A few chips (4) and some green sauce - 500
Dinner - Friday's Sante Fe Chicken Salad (minus beans) with grilled chicken, cheese, avocado, corn, tortilla strips, and 3 TBSP ranch - 650 (too much ranch)
Bite of icecream sundae - 50
Bite of fried cheese - 20

TOTAL = 1220
I was really really full after those meals and I am surprised at how little I did eat and still felt full.

really my salad was probably closer to 350-400 but I overestimated because I could :)
