Landed around 1900 today with plenty of veggies and fruits...but realized late in the evening I forgot I've been trying to drink 8 glasses of water...so maybe didn't make that goal today.
Did Body Pump today. 2nd time this week....looks like more goal of getting body pump in twice a week is coming earlier than next month...seems like I might be able to make that the goal for the rest of May! And I've had my 3 swim cardios this week, too. Great.
