To my dismay ate about 2000 (that's my maintain intake number). C'mon Amber!! I had a veggie burger for lunch hand just threw out a number assuming it was way more calories than I thought it was. And joined Caleb for a vanilla wafer and milk snack before bad. For shame. No more of this behavior this week; I really am going to try hard!!
Maybe if I shoot for a lower number, then if I go over it is fine because I still met the goal.
I can't have every food I want and still look the way I want. :-( Luckily, today I only ate half my veggie burger and SOME of the fries. Getting better, if I can just keep those stupid calories low.
Didn't swim today, but I danced around the house for a while. This week's plan is to swim Wed, Thurs, Saturday. Pump Tuesday and Friday.
Here goes nothing. Like Brooke: I would Like to NOT cheat like I stupidly did today. C'mon Amber!
