Day 43 - granola bar(190), banana(100), turkey salad (400) verrry good, tangelo (50), 2 kiwi (92) for a grand total of 832 - way low - but I went to the movies to see Iron Man 2 - thanks Ryan.
Day 44 - granola bar (190), chex (100), rice krispie treat (175), turkey salad (400) yes again, drinks (20), ck salad w/melba (150) - total 1035 - then I went CRAZYYYY!!!!!! - and ate like 800 calories in rice krispie treats - man I love those things - you do the math
Day 45 - granola bar (190), 2x tangelo (100), ck salad (500), melba (125), yogurt (180), chex (100) for a total of 1185 and I am done for the day - rock on.
Changing one good meal find at a time.
