No exercise today. 1790 calories, Good for a day of no working out.
Need to get some groceries so I can have more veggies prolly had about 3 ot 4 servings today. 1 fruit. Plenty of water. It really helps to have a Nalgene bottle to carry with me.
I'll weigh in tomorrow. I had already drank coffee today so just pushed it to tomorrow.
