So today we tried snapper - it was kinda good but not really much flavor to me - but I ate it. Next time I will try a different fish.
So for breakfast we had the traditional granola bar (190), chex snack (125), soup (160), caramel corn corn cakes (60), grilled snapper (275), rice (300), veggies (40) rounding out the day at 1150 with no exercise - just sitting in chairs for 13 hours - my butt hurts:(
Now I am about to enjoy a diet dr pepper one of the very nice people at work just went to the back of the building to get me - I really appreciate it - I don't think I want any more water right now.
I did find out that I am supposed to drink about 82 ozs of water a day - which may seem like a lot but is really only 5 and a 1/4 of the 16 oz water bottles - you would be surprised at how fast they go.
Well until tomorrow...changing one long day at a time.

Keep in mind if you're trying fish at a restaurant depending where you are and if the fish is in season that could make a big difference. Fresh and in season fish tastes WAY better than it's been frozen for a while or isn't in season really.
