Day 48 - Brooke

Breakfast - frosted mini wheats 200
Lunch - Arby's jr. beef w/ cheese 500
Dinner - flounder 200, 2 rolls 350, 1/2 granola bar 50

TOTAL = 1300

I say this EVERY Monday but I hope I can NOT cheat this week and drop 2-3 lbs, that would just rock my socks off!!
