Don't know what's up with my energy. I was really prepared to kick but today in the pool but was so tired feeling. I'm sick too so I'm sure that doesn't help. I did the best I could. But it was weak sauce.
Calories 1936. Plenty of protein. Only about 3 or so serving of veggies. Plenty of fruit. Probably could have done better on water. Got groceries today, so I think the rest of the week will be better on my veggies :-)
