Steve still here, just pre-occupied
Still here, just pre-occupied. Staying on my dietary restrictions, and exercising daily with bike machine and stretching. Added weights to the exercise routines. Feeling stronger. Not sure of weight but scales have not been good to me. I have no control over that. I plan on keeping up with diet and exercise which I can control. poached aggs and dry toast usually, followed by fruit and cheese, a salad, or gumbo, then a fish, chicken or shrimp dinner with 2 veggies, no carbs, Usually 2 or 3 100 cal snacks throughout the day. Cereal if I have calories left over at night. Just so many hours per day on the computer, and most of which I am spending on the new house plans. I probably won't be posting every day, maybe once a week for a while.

doing exercises is probably building muscle which weighs more!! As long as your belly shrinks you are doing the right thing! keep it up! can't wait to see the new house all fixed up!
