Not surprisingly, after no dinner last night and tons of water I'm at a 139.2. Feeling glad but wondering if that's gonna go up by next Monday. Eh...I"ll stay in the here and now. :-) I exercised 4 times last week and did a few weights, I'm glad about that. And I'll be getting a Gold's gym membership this week.
Measurements after 25 days of lifestyle changes:
3/22/2010 measurements: Bust:38.5-39 Waist:30 Hips:42 Thigh:24
4/26/2010 measurements: Bust:37.25(or so) Waist:29 Hips:41.5 Thigh:23.75
Still waiting for my hips and thighs to get in gear with the rest of my body...luckily in the past I don't lose all the weight just in the chest, it usually comes from everywhere. But as is true for most women it seems, the chest is the 1st thing to go. Ha! Either way, this starts a new week to make good choices.
