steve's weekend

We ate responsibly. Breakfast a few hundred each day, lunch 400 +-, dinner we ate light. snacked and cerealed away the leftover calories. Pooped too much, went to church, talked about what to do to kitchen in new house, exercised and biked Saturday, rested Sunday from being too "pooped". today taking Bud to vet, then the new house for Olshan foundation inspection. Today we decide to sign on dotted line for sure. Feeling stronger and eating well habitually. Take care.
