Day 28 - Lee

I'm going to do better about getting these up each morning.  This was my idea (with Paula) and I've been failing

Breakfast - half an apple and some fruit snack - 350

Lunch - Grilled shrimp poboy and 4 onion rings - 600 calories

Dinner - 12 ounce ribeye, green beans,  half of a baked potato and the killer 4 rolls 2100 calories, I think that's pretty accurate

Dessert - 3 bites of cake - Guessing 100 calories

Total Calories - pathetic 3150.  That simply won't happen again after next Tuesday

My knee is in bad shape, so no more working out for a while.  I have to be eating perfectly.  That's just the way it is.  I've done it before, I can do it again and will
