No idea why I didn't update yesterday, I was already in here for my weight. But here goes:
Day 34
Breakfast - 2 Donuts (they were free, and free donuts are my kryptonite) - 460 calories
Lunch - Oven Roasted Chicken Subway - 760 calories
Dinner - 2 PB and J sandwiches and 150 calories of chips - 850 calories (2070 Total Calories)
Day 35
Breakfast - 2 Donuts (See above) - 460 calories
Lunch - 6 inch meatball sub from Subway and chips- 860 calories
Dinner - It was Pappa's so it wasn't pretty. 16 ounce Ribeye 1120, Potatoes 150 calories (I didn't eat a lot), cheescake 500 calories - 1770 (3090 Total Calories)
Okay, 2 poor days in a row. But I will do better today. About to have a 140 calorie nutri grain bar for breakfast and will eat healthy at lunch. Maybe, dare I say it??? A Salad.

Yes!!!! Say it!!! Salad with lots of other colorful veggies and not fatty fried chicken on top! Woohoo!

ReplyDeleteThough it appears it will be Vietnamese food, I didn't pick it. I'm not sure there are veggies in Vietnam ;-)
