I ate some double dipped chocolate coconut almonds today....and accidentally was counting them as 10 calories a piece when they were more like 20. However I went back and recounted correctly and gave up my pudding tonight landing me at a supposed 1507. I think it's correct...but not sure.
Went walking in the park trails today, too. We were teaching Emmie to walk through the water. It was good low key exercise with lots of hills. Side note: Emmie crawled on top of a rock then was too scared to get in the water so she started howling bloody murder. One lady even came by to see who was torturing their dog so cruelly. Then Emmie screeched and tore off away from this lady's dog and tripped on her leash and rolled into the rocks and water. Poor dog. She's such a baby.
I'd like to do that more, it's was fun and active. :-) Anyway, one more day tp this weekend. Sunday's the hardest...doing a service project tomorrow with BBQ provided and potluck with my girls in the evening spaghetti...not sure how to keep those calories down...lots of water?

ReplyDeletesure, don't eat it! haha BBQ is your only choice. Beef, Ribs and Sausage are very high. If you do eat it then don't eat a lot. Sauce is somewhat low, potato salad and coleslaw is HIGH so avoid that too. Basically, just don't eat it haha.
