Steve been busy and weighed in on bad scale

Sorry haven't posted in a while. Been eating right. It's becoming more of a habit. No fat attacks, under 1300 the norm. biking and stretching. gone to stretching a few times a day wherever I have time and the inclination. Been busy searching the house in Galveston and doctor's appointments. Weighed in on a really old scale at TIRR yesterday and it said 230 which I know can't be right. I will weigh in on UTMB's scales tomorrow and we'll see. If anything I've lost a few more pounds, not gained. If I am gaining it's due to muscle weighs more than fat or something.
