Even if I undershot my lunch I am still well under 1300 calories.
The last two weeks of cutting down to 1300 calories has been brutal. My head has been pounding, I have been grumpy and angry, HUNGRY and my energy level was VERY low.
I am proud to announce that after making it through the first 2 weeks of eating less, shrinking my stomach and being a very angry person I have come out the other side happy, relaxed, energetic, and full!!! I am not hungry anymore :) Anyone wanting to lose weight just know that the headaches and pain of eating less is only temporary, it DOES get easier.
