Steve, not losing but seeing results anyhoo
Hello all. Been a while since I read any blogs or replied. Been busy researching house. Been eating right, rarely going out of bounds, but weighed in 3 different scales at different doc offices and it's official. i am not losing weight which is very frustrating but can see my feet, so belly is down quite a bit and my upper body strength is way up too. Maybe it's muscle more than fat scenario, or maybe my metabolism is keeping weight on since I am below cal. count for man my size? I dunno but can't eat any less, and most days could easily eat more. Working out every other day, and cycling every day I don't travel. It's getting easier. The cycle gauge says I burn 130 calories on 15 minute cycle, and my stretches and wieghts work up a sweat, so I know I am in much better shape than when we started this dang blog. i guess 228 or so is what I am going to weigh. I always wanted to be 235 before my fall, then 225 sounded good, but thought I could get 215, looks as if 215 not in the cards for me. Glad not to be gaining I guess, and glad to feel stronger.
