Day 30 -Amber

***OK...C"mon Paula, and Lee, (but since you posted recently you get credit) Remember this subtitle "Time to stop making excuses and do the right thing."? Where's your posts and Lee where are the veggies/fruits and whole grains? Seriously....you can't subtitle your blog that and then not step up. Is this really your best? :-( Losing weight is great....but so is your health. I thought this was all about lifestyle changes? Here's your accountability....time to "do the right thing."

Day 30: Swam for 35 minutes or so plus a warm up. I did a some laps as fast as I could, and started to set minimum swim distances since I really am trying to get my endurance higher. (It's easy to focus on technique too much and not get the best workout) Calories are at:1939 - this is fine since it's a workout day (esp after what the personal trainer told me) (workout days I should be eating 1800-2100 depending on how much i burn of working out...my goals is to be usually in the 1800 and 1900's now) Plenty of water, 4-5 veggies, 2 fruits, and lots of protein and whole grains. Tomorrow morning one more swim and hopefully a Saturday walk or toning stuff with Aunt Lolly. RIGHT!??

C'mon peeps....it's only day 30 things should be getting easier. Anyone?
