We ate Pei Wei for lunch and the calories said 430 per serving for honey seared shrimp. That being said it was 860 for one plate. I honestly thought that included the rice, but apparently that does not. How is that possible? How is it possible that 12 shrimp even the deepest of fried is 860 calories? I don't believe it! lol BUT I will count it as so. Lunch - Honey Seered Shrimp, 2 1/2 fortune cookies, rice = 930. hmmmm bummer. Tonight we are going to Outback (last eat out dinner for a while) and I am thinking about eating grilled chicken, broccoli and 1 piece of bread which should keep me under 1500. Today I am at 1100 so far, shooting for 400 at Outback.
