headed to Philly

Yesterday was a great day with increase in workout, feel fine this morning instead of the dreaded soreness. Ate poached eggs and toast, 240; fruit and cheese, 275; 3x 100 cal. snacks; shrimp jambalaya over brown rice, 250; totalled 1065, not enough. Mags should be our "just the facts girl". She knows all about the food science involved. She said I should be eating at least 16-1800 calories a day to maintain without exercise, just normal body-burning calories to maintain my goal weight. The 12-1300 I am doing now, shouldn't be maintained after I reach my goal weight. My meal plans so far falll within healthy choice guidelines for protein, complex carbs, and fats which all are needed by our bodies. Cool stuff. Headed to Philly tonight to watch Brock's taekwando tourney this weekend. Will keep healthy choices along with a few always wanted to try items such as the pizzas and cheessteaks, but will eat in moderatioon. Robin says she'll share with me. Not bringing computer, so y'all have a great healthy weekend.

  1. Keep in mine your sedentary is a lot different than most people's, I would shoot for the lower end of the 1600-1800. Have fun in Philly and eat some good food for us!
