The day is not over yet but I do not see any surprised in the future - I guess that is why they are called surprises.
Banana (100), granola bar (190), soup (140), chex (100), tuna (150) and that is where I am right now - 680.
I have another granola bar and some tangeloes but I do not know if I will eat them - I might just wait until I get home and have a chicken breast and a veggie.
The key is to just hold on until cheat day - this week seems to have been tough - probably because I did not go to the grocery store and therefore did not have a great many choices of what to eat - so lazy.
Well, if I go crazy and raid the fridge then I will post again otherwise signing off.
