Little of nothing, but it was good and easy
We ate healthy today. BTW i weighed 230 at the doc yesterday, so we'll see next doc visit if it's working. Had two egg whites with one whole egg( Buddy ate the yolks) scrambled in saute'd onions and leftover steak about 3oz. lean, sliced thin like fajitas. One slice white cheese of some sort. No bread, just the steak n' eggs. It was too much to eat but Buddy didn't mind. About 350 calories for my portion. 4 shortbread girlscout cookies with hot tea, 100cal. Ate fruit and cheese for lunch with 100 cal worth of wheat thins, all totaled on that plate 275cal. Dinner we had seafood spaghetti home made. Boil 2 servings spaghetti noodles and let stand for later. Saute 1/2 roasted bell pepper, 1/2 onion diced and 3 roma tomatoes in 1tbsp. olive oil. in skillet then season 1 lb. peeled raw shrimp however you like. I used onion salt, Mrs. Dash garlic and herb, basil, and thyme. Then add the shrimp and 6oz. can of lump crab to saute'd veggies 3 minutes. Add cooked spaghetti noodles and mix well. Sprinkle an ounce of parmesan and eat. All told we figured the skillet to have 700 cal. I had 300 for my portion give or take, and was full. Two 100 cal. snacks for later. Total for day 1225. I'm satisfied now and have one of my 2 snacks in the hole for later. Exercise was stretching and biking 10 minutes. I'm pumped. I know if we start eating well I will feel better.

That sounds so good, I can't wait to be at the beach next weekend!! Good job on eating and exercising.
