Day 4 - Lee

Breakfast - 4 pancakes (small ones - homemade) and some sugar free syrup - 250 Calories

Lunch - McDonald's 10 piece nuggets 460 calories and medium fries 380 calories - 840 Calories (1110 Calories Total)

Dinner - Crab Legs - 100 calories and 3 shrimp tacos with guacamole 500 calories and some extra shrimp and guacamole 150 calories - 750 calories (1860 Calories Total)

I don't remember eating anything else yesterday, No exercise sadly because it was nasty outside all day and we didn't get to play basketball as planned.  Maybe today!

  1. Trying your best? Exercise equipment in garage, and what about the food choices? pancakes, nuggets and fries? Calorie conscious but maybe pound foolish? Healthy choices will give you so much more energy to burn more calories. We've started labeling our choices as "calorie-worthy". I know it's easier for me to say that being at home and not on the go as you all are, with kids and all, and the ease and many timess necessity of fast food. Perhaps another not so fast food place, or forego their nuggets and fries for a real chicken item or two. I'm just saying...
