Hmm, apparently Day 21 didn't get up.  I thought I had posted it.

Dinner - Fish and rolls - 660 Calories (2110 Total Calories)

Breakfast - 410 calories of chick-fila sandwich
Lunch - Missed it, got too busy
Dinner - 12 chicken wings with ranch - 900 calories (1310 Total Calories)

Breakfast - 300 calories of waffles
Lunch - 460 calories of Nuggets , 130 calories of ice cream cone - 590 calories (890 Total Calories)
Dinner - TBD
