The weekdays are so much easier to control eating than the weekends are. Today I had regs 200, Jason's Deli Salad Bar AGAIN and AGAIN I avoided seconds. I even went for the low fat honey mustard and barely even ate that. Salad 400 & Chocolate Pudding 100. Today I am at 700 so far, which is really good because that gives me 800 calories to eat tonight at Yao's Chinese Restaurant downtown. You would think eating healthy at a chinese food restaurant is easy to do, but it's not. I think I will go with grilled shrimp and walnuts in a brown sauce with veggies and BARELY any rice. Gotta cut out as many carbs as I can, they are so high in calorie and honestly you only need a little bit of rice to go a long way. I will avoid all food at the Rocket's game as well, I hope.
Work is going well today, I actually feel pretty full after that lunch. It wasn't much but it went a long way. I think in 2 hours I will be pretty hungry though :( We shall see. Luckily I have a few meetings to keep my mind off of eating food.
Hope everyone else is doing well this week. I was down to 180.4 this morning (just .5 more lbs to get below 180!) which is 1.8 less than what I weighed on Monday. Hurray!! If I stay on pace this could be a big weight loss week.
