No exercise today - to give my knees more rest before swim class tomorrow. I did do Clams and other hip exercises, though. That's fabulous...I was not interested in them tonight, but sucked it up. Done.
Teeth are brushed (which means absolutely no food goes into me before bed....I hate eating after my teeth are clean - which reminds me, I should just post once my teeth are brushed, then I don't run the risk of eating anything else that night, heh) and I'm about to crash with about 1453 calories under my belt, and I didn't keep the best track of all my fruits and veggies and water...but I think I almost made all those goals, or am possibly 1 short on veggies. Either way, not shabby for a Sunday. I'll have to be a bit more committed to focusing on those details next weekend!
Lastly, I forewent the ice cream at my small group I lead on Sunday nights. AND the french bread....and that's a BIG deal!! I love bread and butter and garlic....and ice cream!! But the blog and everyone posting is helping me stay motivated to pick and choose foods that are worth it. And today...I decided coffee with Mocha in it was important, so there simply was no room for ice cream when it was all said and done.
OK...Monday is tomorrow!! The hardest part(the weekend) is over, at least for another 5 days.

ReplyDeleteI do the same thing, about 30 minutes after dinner once everything is washed out of my teeth I brush them. This keeps me from eating because I too HATE eating after I brush my teeth at night. Then again in the morning I can't eat breakfast until after I have brushed them. odd....anyways good job!
ReplyDeleteI do the same thing, I refuse to eat anything after I brush my teeth at night so I try to brush them around 7. Though the odd thing is I don't like eating breakfast until I have brushed my teeth in the morning and washed the nightly gunk off. haha good job!
