Day 17 - Lee

Breakfast - 100 calories yogurt

Lunch - Grilled shrimp teriyaki and 1 1/2 cups rice - 650 calories (750 Calories)

Dinner - 1050 calories pizza, it's what we had (1800 Total Calories)

No workout, though I wanted to do so.  Hmm, I will absolutely get one in Sunday, and will try to do so today, though it could be a long day.
