So I am posting in the middle of the day - an unusual thing for me.
I did not post yesterday - bad bad Paula - so here is yesterday.
Day 13
With the weigh-in in the morning looking the same as the past couple days I am not deterred. I had a granola bar (190) for breakfast, chex (100) for a snack, chicken with onions (150) for lunch, orange (100) for a snack, 1/4 of a quesadilla (est. 150 - I did not look it up because I was nowhere near the cals for the day) and a cup of milk (120). Rounding out the day at a whopping 810 - with there probably being a little extra on top for the quesadilla.
Day 14a
I am currently eating my soup (140) for lunch as I try to catch up on the post from yesterday. I had a granola bar (190) for breakfast and 1/4 cup walnuts (120) for a snack. I have resisted the cake that shows up every Monday at work - a different kind each week - without a problem. I do not want to say that saying no to certain foods is getting easier but it just might be. The test will be tonight - Pokeno party - delicious and fattening foods all around - we will see how that goes.
Anyway, it is a good day, although I do need to start exercising.
