Almost two weeks have gone by and I am still eating well, avoiding the bad stuff, and losing weight. I lost 3.4 lbs the week before this one and I am already down 2 lbs this week. I am hoping to hold that 2 lbs off come Monday morning. I was 181.2 this morning, 1.3 lbs away from being in the 170's again....it will be a good day when I hit that mark.
Today has been very nice, I slept in until 9, got up and ready then headed to the mall with the family. Drove through Mc Donald's and I got 2 cheeseburgers and a parfait (760). I skipped breakfast because I hate eating breakfast so close to lunch. You are probably wondering why I never have drinks included in my calorie counts, well that is because I drink water 90% of the time. If I am not drinking water I drink tea with sugar, and I will include that in my calories, but since starting this blog I have only had water to drink. Yes, I love water and it's good for ya too! I do love Dr. Pepper, but luckily they give me migraines so I was able to kick the caffeine habit when I was 20, but I will drink one every few months just because I love them so much. Maybe I will reward myself with one when I hit 170 lbs. Dr. Pepper and a Brownie...is it right to reward yourself for losing weight with crappy food??

no...not until you reach your goal weight and stay there for 2 weeks! So step away from the brownie and dr.pepper.
