Day 4 -Amber

Today was probably the best Saturday I've had in the last year of being married. I've found if in the morning time I plan the food I am going to eat for the day it's easier to allot everything ad not be stuck starving in the evening time. A common problem of mine (usually dinner is the last of my calories...but I think I've discovered I need a snack after dinner if I eat too early. Plus, it doesn't take much food to fill me up, so when I do eat dinner, I get hungry in like 2 hours.) Today I'm at 1509 or so. No exercising or clams. My knees are very sore from the bike. I can feel them recouping though. They are feeling much better tonight than earlier today. Got all my veggies, fruits and water in. So we're doing OK. Tomorrow is the true test of self-discipline. We'll see how that goes...
