Lowering my limit

I think 1500 is a thing of the past for me. It was the number I was suppose to eat to get me to 180 lbs and now that I have lost 80 lbs and I am at 180 lbs I need to eat less calories. According to my calculations I should be eating 1300 calories to get to 150 lbs. SO today I am going to shoot for under 1400 and probably the rest of the week and then next week I will shoot for 1300 a day. Removing 200 calories from an already reduced daily limit is going to be hard, but I will try my best. If I can get to 1300 a day I may start losing 3-4 lbs a week again.

Here's to pushing myself even further.

  1. You go for it! Main thing is not wasting any calories when you eat these few. Even a donut makes you miss a whole healthy meal. i almost went through dannay's today on the golf cart as an old habit, but not worth the calories for sure. Damn donuts.
