Pretty good day. I sat on the bench and just waited for the lanes to clear up at the pool today so I could swim more after my class. An underestimate of how much I sawm total is probably about 37 minutes. So about 240 calories worth.
Also, I did some good ole Denise Austin upper body toning and weights: Chest, Shoulders, Arms, Back and Abs.
AND Caleb and I walked down the street instead of taking the car to get a movie from Red Box. All in all, no bad day. Tomorrow I will just tone up the legs if they aren't too sore. Walking the dog yesterday wasn't a good idea. My knees have been sore, but more importantly hurting a little, so it's time to practice patience.
Calories and food: 1811!! Got a little carried away when I knew i had burned 240 (or more even). After exercise, I rest at 1571. That doesn't include lifting weights. Got all my water, veggies and fruits in today. I would like my body to magically be more toned....I'm giving myself the month to at least see any little change. I hope.

Are we playing that game, the "I can eat it if I burn the calories in it game"? Just think how good it'd feel if you burned and kept to the totals, just saying...
ReplyDeletebtw-1800 is still not too bad when you consider what you probably used to eat before this diet in a day. Keep shrinking the appetite, the key to all of this.
