It's week 3 of my swim class...and I made it 25 yards and wasn't dying!! This says 1 of 2 things...I am improving my technique and swimming better, or my endurance is slightly better. I'll just pretend it's both yahoo!!!My swim instructor was hard core today...she told me..."girl why don't you just go ahead and do a 300."
A 300!!?? That's 6 laps! 6 There's and 6 backs!! It's was hard and good. And after class was over I swam about 12 or 13 more minutes, and just had some fun in the pool for a bit.
Probably a grand total of 40 minutes of swimming I'd say. I'm feeling WAY less tired than I was last week. By the time I got home from class I needed a nap. I think I'm adjusting. Thanks God and group for keeping me going!
