Having avoided a tray of brownies and bucket of homemade cookies - I currently reside at 855 - yes I will eat something else tonight I am just not sure what. Perhaps popcorn or have a little more milk.
So the day started with a granola bar (190) then about 1/4 cup of walnuts for a snack (120) - grilled tilapia (from what I could find 150) for lunch. I am not sure that I like fish but I think that for a lifestyle change it is important to step out of the box and eat things I normally would not because if I continue to eat the same things that I do then there will be no change. I had a bite of bread (50) with the tilapia, yum.
Now for dinner so far it has been very healthy - a smore (125) over a fire - oh my - and 10 chips with salsa (100) and a cup of milk (120).
There is room calorie wise for more but I am not sure that I am hungry but I will update tomorrow if any more is eaten.
Overall, it has been a good day -

good job with the fish!! You will learn to love more foods the more you try. I use to eat nothing and then I decided to try more foods a few years ago and my food range has greatly increased for the better. It really helps with eating healthy.
