day whatever, trying day at least

I had the famous fat attack last night big time. I had to take it easy yesterday exercise-wise due to spasms in my abdomen. I slept through lunch after a 300 cal. breakfast. Lately I have been having fruit and cheese for lunch to the point I feel full. I missed that. Buddy tired of me sleeping all day and though he generally wakes me at 1:30 for lunch (his and mine), he let me sleep in. I ate leftover shrimp and spaghetti, about 300 cal. at 5pm. Also had 100 cal. cookies. I was at 700 cal. at this point, 7pm, Robin was home and thought I was doing well. Before we retired for the night I figured I should eat something, so had a muffin, dark hot chocolate, and another 100 cal. cookie, 300 more. Filled me up for maybe an hour. Then the tummy started rumbling... I kept adding up in my mind, another 100 cal. cookie, now at 1100... Another hour... one 45 calorie dark chocolate and hand full of walnuts, about 1250, another hour... Okay, 1 cup shredded wheat and enough milk to wet it, another 250, so 1500 for the day. I've stayed reasonably satisfied all week on 1300 or less. Arrrggghhhh, I hate that. Key for me is to not miss any scheduled meals and forget about late night cereal. Still not bad for calories, but bad show for my will power, or should I say "won't power".
