Day 15 - Lee

Breakfast - 300 Calories of Honey Nut Cheerios (300 Total Calories)

Lunch - 25 chips for 250 calories, 250 calories of creamy jalapeño, beef fajitas 800 calories - 1300 Calories (1600 Total Calories)  I ate too many chips and too much jalapeno sauce.  Knew that going in

Dinner - 4 ounces of Flounder 250 Calories, 2 rolls 260 - 510 Calories (2110 Total Calories)

Alright, with the exception of crawfish Saturday I will eat "well" not just in my calories the rest of the week.

  2. maybe your cheat meal should be a healthy one inside your guidelines for a change. Perhaps you could eat actually good stuff one day per week instead of 6 bad, then really cheat big. What's the dif?
