Steve for Sunday meals and workout

We did good today as well, had:
poached eggs on toast, one slice, 2 eggs 285
fruit and cheese tray 300
sticky chicken, mashed pot., corn 490
----
1075 total calories so far,
no snacks yet and headed for bed for the night. Have 2 snacks standing by if I get the urge, and plan on 2 squares dark chocolate 45cal.ea., because they are inherently good for me. So a possible 290, more likely 190. Less than 1400 for the day. Biked on the machine 10 minutes and did all my stretches. Decided to bike and stretch for my routine as the bowflex is too much right now, until I get to where the stretches alone don't hurt so much. Hope everyone else did well too. Steve
