A. Same guy on a diet and no scale for two weeks!
Anyhoo, I just feel better and seem to have more energy. Also been eating viatamins every morning with Robin, eating well, averaging about 1300 calories per day. Exercise has been light but thorough, and cycling to keep my circulation in check for blood clots every day. Seems to be not just a diet but also a healthy lifestyle change for all of us. I'm very proud of everyone in the group. Let's keep it up until it's ordinary to eat like this without having to crunch the numbers. Key to it is shopping to where available foods are healthy available foods. Gotta go for now.
