Ok - so I was dissapointed in myself on day 8 but today I say bring it on!
Day 9
Yesterday was tough - I wanted to go crazy and eat a bunch of calories - but I ended up with a total of 1160.
I had a cup of milk (120) for breakfast with a granola bar (190). Then chicken breast for lunch (150) another granola bar (190). 1/2 a cup of rice chex (50) for a snack. Then when I got home a couple of bites of miscellaneous things - bite of beef, bite of like two other things for about 100 calories. Then for dinner some ground turkey (260) and then popcorn (100).
That was it for for yesterday - wahoo I made it through.
Day 10
Today.
I have found something new to eat - fish. I do not like fish but I thought it was time to try something that I normally do not eat if I am going to make it through the year. So, it began with a granola bar (190), part of a dum dum (15), chicken (150), orange (100), chex (50) and then on to dinner.
I looked up grilled catfish and found it to be (100) per fillet for wild and (220) for farm raised but since I do not knnow which one that I had I chose a number in the middle for 2 (320) add baby carrots, green beans adn two bites of a banana I now reside at 1035 for the day - yeah!!!
So I think that I am done eating for the day and am ready for bed but I did not want to put off posting for another day.

So do you like fish now? We get the parmensean crusted tilapia filets from Sam's, they are good and low cal! Also shrimp and crawfish are basically zero calories...yum! keep it up!
